Visa invitation letter

After the completed and pre-paid congress registration you will be able to print your visa invitation letter online (PDF version) using your access key.
This visa invitation letter is only valid in connection with the paid registration confirmation document, also available online.

If you need your visa invitation letter originally signed and stamped by ECCO, please send your PDF document to the ECCO Office - until January 2, 2012 at the latest. All PDFs sent to the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it after January 2, 2012 will be signed and stamped, however returned ONLY by fax. If you do still need any original documents returned to you by post after this date, you will be asked to cover the costs of any courier post yourself.
